1. How can I order on your website?

Placing an order is very simple:

  • Choose the products you like and click Add to Cart.
  • Once done, click the Cart icon at the top of the page.
  • Review all items and confirm the quantities.
  • Click Checkout to proceed.
  • Fill in your shipping address and required details.
  • Select your shipping method.
  • Choose your payment method.
  • Finally, click Complete Order to finish.

That’s it! Your order will be confirmed and delivered to you within the given time frame.

2. What is your delivery time?

  • For orders within Pakistan: 3 to 8 working days.
  • For international orders: 6 to 10 working days.

In some cases, such as new arrivals or latest launches, delivery can take longer:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): 10–15 working days.
  • International: 12–20 working days.

We always try to deliver as fast as possible and keep you updated about your order.

3. What are the shipping charges?

  • Within Pakistan: Flat rate of PKR 200. Orders above PKR 3,500 qualify for free delivery.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges depend on your country. The system will automatically calculate the charges at checkout based on your location.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges, but under certain conditions:

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Tags or packaging are missing.
  • The item was on sale or clearance (unless defective).

For international orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we offer:

  • Store Credit (which you can use for future purchases).
  • Exchange (subject to product availability).

This ensures you always get value for your money while shopping with us.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes, COD is available for customers in Pakistan.
  • For international orders, COD is not available. Payments must be made in advance through bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard.

7. What are the terms for international orders?

  • Payment must be made in advance (no COD).
  • Delivery time: 6–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your location.
  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges will be paid by the customer.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
